The Spiritual Poorness

Like in the Seven Rays, each Ray is related to a virtue, there are eight causes of suffering that are considered the opposite side of virtues.

We tend to live in suffering and pain the most of the pain, without being aware of the fact that we are the cause of that suffering.

As we live in suffering, we start looking for someone to blame, for some people even is easier to blame God. But the truth is we are the cause of everything that is happening to us.

If we are having problems in our lives, we should take a look closer. The Eight Causes of Suffering are: Ignorance, Negative thoughts, Negative words, Negative actions, Live without the Universal Principles, Wanting things without making any effort, Lack of Observation, Lack of Meditation.

If we don’t pay attention to the causes of our problems, we won’t be able to solve them. In the way from the moment where we were ok to the moment that we had the problem, is most likely that we have made something to generate the problem.

That is why we need to start from meditation and observation, we need to make silence inside our minds, and start observing our thoughts, our actions and words.
