The Subconscious

In psychology, there is a principle that is known as “Reflection Act”, according to which, whatever people told you, bad or good things, they were registered in the subconscious in such a way that you believe on them blindly.
This can be good if all the ideas registered on the subconscious are good and positive, but in most of the cases, that is not the case. If you were told in the past that you are dumb, ugly, things like that, especially if you were told all those things since you were a kid, sure all those thoughts are very well registered on your subconscious.
The subconscious does not discern between positive and negative thoughts, it just responds according to the records it has. This is why there are a lot of insecure or troubled people, these negative ideas from the subconscious are ruling their lives.
How can that situation be transformed? It will take some work of your part; the amount will depend on how long you have those records inside your subconscious. You already have the half of the solution in the moment that you realize that your tribulations are a result of a record of your subconscious.
The next step is to define which one is exactly the record that you should replace, by means of meditation, you will be able to analyze and think whit detail on all the thoughts that are affecting you. The last part is erasing them by creating new positive records that will replace them, these should be the opposite of the records that you already have.
